Vincent Spano

Vincent “Vinnie” Spano is an Arizona native, full-time firefighter, father of identical twin daughters, real estate professional, and active investor serving the Phoenix metro area.

Raised in a fire department family with early exposure to construction, remodeling, and home improvement, Vinnie developed a strong appreciation for the creative potential within real estate. Licensed since 2020, he entered the industry during one of the most unique Phoenix real estate markets in recent history and has experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate changing market conditions.

As part of Preston White Group, Vinnie brings a relationship-driven, practical, and service-minded approach to real estate. He also owns and operates a short-term rental, giving him firsthand experience in property ownership, investment strategy, and the operational side of real estate. His mission is to help clients make confident decisions, protect their best interests, and recognize the true potential in every property.
